Chair in Neuropathology - Society of Neuro-Oncology of Latin America (SNOLA). Doctor from the Faculty of Medical Sciences of Santa Casa de São Paulo, a Master's and Doctorate in Pathology from the Faculty of Medicine of the University of São Paulo. Currently a Full Professor at the Faculty of Medical Sciences of Santa Casa de São Paulo (FCMSCSP). Has experience in the area of ​​Medicine, with an emphasis on Neuropathology, working mainly on the following topics: Tumors of the Central Nervous System, Epilepsy, Neuroinfections and Degenerative Brain Diseases; Neuro-infectious and Parasitic Diseases, with a focus on Measles, AIDS, Rabies and Neuroviruses. Experimental models in Neuropathology, Neuro-Oncology and Therapeutic Targets. Diagnostic experience in Neuropathology.
